Peter got me a new toy for my birthday–a Polaroid PoGo! It is a miniature photo printer. You take photos with your cell phone or digital camera, and you can instantly print out sticker photos on the PoGo (with a cell phone it’s wireless)! I have long loved Polaroid gadgets, and this one is no different. It is a toy, though–I can’t really think of any truly useful applications for it, but dang if it isn’t totally fun!

    Oh, I have seen it and wanted to read a review! Thanks so much! The girl in the store told me it worked just with a computer! Thanks so much for telling me I can use it even wireless!!!! I wanted it for my cousin’s wedding party and now I know what I want for my birthday this 23rd!

    Happy Birthday!
    I can think of a very good use. Weddings! Weddings involve all sorts of sticker-rific monograms, plus you can set up a little DIY photo booth. Photo booths are the cat’s meow right now but I can’t see
    spending over a grand on one… pogo’s are for sale on ebay, too so maybe I’ll pick up one for my friend’s shower gift.
    You could probably find a use for it at superbuzzy. Deedle photos?

    You could use it for a spin of the old polaroid hostess gift. When you go to a party or shower or something, bring an empty notebook or photo album. You take pictures during the event, stick them in the book and then before you leave you give it to the hostess as your gift.
    Someone did that for me once for a birthday party I threw and it was the best gift I got!

    Fun gift! Happy birthday! I suppose if I got something like that for my mom, it might cut back on her asking me to print her photos for her so much.

    Yeah, I really want this now. Sticker photos, sign me up! Might be a really good b’day gift for a friend.
    And hey, we’re planning a Portland trip next May. A little far away still, but I already made our reservation at the Kennedy School! 🙂
