Hey, so today is International Desk Day, which means, I think, that we’re supposed to take photos of our desks and post them. IDD is courtesy of Tania, a very talented illustrator who sells cute bird stuff. I mean, just check out her little silk screened birdie pouches!
Okay, so here’s my desk. Can you tell I live here, and that I am a pig? Am I revealing too much personal information here? Eh, whatever, it’s all in the spirit of International Desk Day!

that’s messy!? Girl. wait till I post pics of my parent’s so called office – you can’t see the floor! 🙂 You have a great view too!!
Wow. An office with a washer and dryer. Never seen that before.
Compared to the normal state of my office, that’s pretty organized.
Ummm, Mariko, your kitchen-aid is showing! LOL
I dig all the pink stuff in your area.
Oh dear….If you think YOURS is messy, I shall not, WILL not ever post my desk. Yes, my desk at work-it’s cluttered (yet I know where everything is) and piled high (work at a law office). If only I had a washer and dryer here-I would get so much done…
There are no used Kleenex or half-filled mugs of cold tea….wait. That’s my desk.
Never mind.
Mariko, you are not a pig. Check out pics of my room under “Calm Before the Storm” on my blog. Yikes!
Hasn’t it been said that your desk is a reflection of your inner mind? That said, I would never, never, never post a picture of my desk, home or work. I gotta say, your’s is pretty nice and looks organized though. C’mon, you cleaned it a little before you took the picture, didn’t you.
Ditto. That is a very tidy desk indeed, and I’d never (well, maybe for shock value) post a pic. of my desk. I sometimes worry that lint or stuff sloughing off my yarn isn’t good for the ‘puter (I knit here & wips nap nearby).
Now the washer and dryer are understandable, but the yellow kitchenaid mixer behind your monitor? Clever…. You must be a genius multi-tasker.
I love your washer/dryer in your office. Funny, the more I work at home, the more I want my laundry/kitchen/office to be co-located. Lovely view of your yard.
hee!
i love it!
thank you so much for the lovely introduction!!
🙂

So, so neat! I have some little toys scattered all over my work area, but they’re currrently hidden in the blizzard that is the Rush Project.
I have been soooo busy lately, I haven’t come to visit often enough. As such, I’m late to comment on the KitchenAid and the Laundry Centre. Too funny and too awesome. 🙂
