You know, one good thing about the postal service taking a holiday off is that you get twice as much mail the next day!
One thing the mailman brought was a surprise box of Hauser Chocolates, courtesy of Sarah (I sent her one of the “blog this book” books).

That chili painted one is a beaut!
Your mail’s WAY better than mine.
those look yum! I was hoping for the same kind of day after president’s day mail luck. all I got was a traffic ticket 🙁 they should send those out with chocolate to temper the blow.
enjoy your treats! 🙂
Oooh, I love good mail like that! The Deedle coat is adorable, your fuzzy cardi, too. What fun! Deedle looks like a super-hero dog with a cape!
Now I’m officially starving. That reminds me of an amazing little piece I saw a few years ago where the chocolates were ribbon embroidery. Lovely!
Oooh. Now I want to go out and buy some for myself – you just reminded me how yummy they looked when they packed them up for me!
Hope you enjoy them! (And thanks again for the book!)
Deedle’s coat! He does look like Space Dog, but what is wrong with that? Super fantastic!
I also wanted to say that you should not waste your talents clothing all the dishsoap bottles in the land. It is enough that you show the rest of us the shamefulness of a naked soap bottle, and the way to a better world. Then it is up to us. xoox Kay
I was going to say the same about the chili one…those chocolates are gorgeous. Now I’m hungry.
You are luuuuuuuccccckkkkkyyyyyyyyy – gosh they’re such gorgeous pieces of art. Yeah, your mail looks like it’s better than most of ours….
Doncha just LOVE getting a pile of FUN mail! That’s what I came home to after I was away for four days! Looks like you scored! FUN FUN FUN!
Sorry, I keep forgetting that Deedle is a she-dog. Somehow she looks so butch in her raincoats. xox Kay
OMG, I clicked on the box and started licking my screen…yikes!
Wow awesome mail! Your mail is better than mine *smile* Yummy chocolates..mmmm
oh yummy. I used to live near Hauser Chocolates. They made the nicest stuff for Easter. I could not get enough of the dark chocolate w/coconut nests. mmmm….. Perhaps I should order some for old times sake
Wow, those are some of the most beautiful chocolates I’ve ever seen!
