This is my final blog post before I take off for parts down undah! I won’t be blogging for the next two weeks, but I swear that when I return, I’m going to start sewing and crafting with much vigor. Really.
So here’s some random stuff before I go. Someone asked what the inside of the fair isle sweater looks like. Well, it looks like this:
And no pre-vacation post would be complete without a photo of a cupcake, would it? My friend Wendy & I had a great lunch the other day at the Bakery Bar here in Portland. We had tasty panini sandwiches (turkey with caramelized pear and Dijon) and for dessert I got a devil’s food cupcake to go. Nice packaging!
See ya in April!
That cupcake looks so good! Yum!
Have a safe and happy trip! We’ll miss you! Stay away from the ockers but get close to all Arnott’s products!

I can’t imagine any vacation more fun than the two of you guys going off to Oz together. Oh to be a fly on your walls…
Bon voyage! Hope you have a wonderful holiday 🙂 I’m looking forward to reading what you got up to when you get back.
Have a fun, safe, adventurous, Tim Tam filled trip!

A book about peeps! I saw it in the window the other day, and as I was just blogsurfing and reading about your fairisle pattern and then about your love for all things peeps, I thought you’d like to know about it. Once, when I was buying peeps, the receipt couldn’t fit the whole item name, so it said I was buying “Yellow Pee”. It was a little gross, but funny!
