Yummy! Are those the Pillsbury recipe (using their pre-made crescent rolls) “pigs in a blanket” or something tastier (which it looks like!)? The Asian owned bakeries in SF have these, they’re really popular. I guess I know what I feel like now 🙂

why didn’t we have that for dinner last night? looks better than eggplant with coconut poop on it!!
Oh my GOD. Just tonight I was talking to a friend who had heard (from somebody who must have been delirious) that Taiwanese food is really good, and I was describing the croissants with weiners in them! And here they are! Yikes!
ha! i have a WONDERFUL tip to actually improve the majestic genius that is the frankenssant aka crois-dog (or crescent-frank, depending on what kind of bread you use). _before_ you bake, add a line of ketchup to it. the ketchup kind of dries out as it bakes and turns into this delicious line of goodness and if you can believe it, is like icing: once you have it, you will not go back to plain! here is a pick of one from a local bakery (the ketchup line is baked in the photo): http://www.rawbw.com/~coconut/eg/05/050629frankPan.jpg
Yay, Wiener Wraps! Haven’t had those in ages, and they look mighty good. (The closest thing I guess I’ve had is the Bagel dog at Sunrise Bagels.)
I’ll just say.. Can I have one? 🙂
