I’m feeling a little stressed out about how much I have to do, so then I eat coffee ice cream with chocolate sprinkles to make me feel better, but I think it just makes me MORE jittery and stressed out. Still, mmmmm, coffee ice cream!
Superbuzzy has been buzzing along, and right now the living room is packed with boxes of fabric! We already have new fabric up on the site (including some fabulous eggplant fabric, heh heh), and there’s more to come. We also got in a bunch of new Japanese craft books, and I couldn’t resist a couple of amigurumi books.
This book is chock full of cute little amigurumi patterns, including mini matryoshka! And check out this crazy scene:
Hunchback ladybug with giant mushroom?
I also got this amigurumi book:
There are some random crazy patterns in here, including milk cartons. Who wouldn’t want to crochet a milk carton? Here are some more designs:
I love it when stuffed animals disguise themselves as fruit. I can’t wait to start crocheting up some of these little guys, but I also have tons of sewing projects I would like to get to, and of course, lots and lots of superbuzzy products to get organized and up on the shop site! I think I’m going to need some little elves soon! In the meantime, there’s always coffee ice cream.
totemo kawaii!! ummm, i just found out that cynthia knows how to crochet, knit, and needle point!!!! what the hell???! i am so going to be crafty any minute now 🙂
Wow, they’re so cute they almost make me want to learn to crochet (properly)!
I have the top book and it’s looking frighteningly like I might need the second as well…
Amigurumi are the the only thing that have ever made me want to crotchet, so unbelievably adorable!
Do you like Koge-pan by any chance?
So kawaii! I know once I make one of these, I’ll be addicted for sure. Only problem is I can’t read the patterns. They’re in japanese..duh! Is there a way I can translate?
